The Alliance Bank Center is located between Fifth & Sixth and Cedar & Minnesota Streets in downtown Saint Paul. Parking is available in the Alliance Bank Center Parking Ramp, which has a vehicle entrance on Sixth Street between Cedar and Minnesota Streets. Take the parking ramp elevator to the Skyway level to reach the elevators for the Alliance Bank Center office suites. We are located on the thirteenth floor, Suite 1300. In the evenings (after 6 p.m.) and on weekends, you will need to stop by the Reception/Security Desk located on the Skyway level (2nd floor) to request use of the elevators to our office.

For your convenience, we validate parking in the Alliance Bank Center Parking Ramp. In addition, we validate parking at the Macy's Parking Ramp which has a vehicle entrance on Sixth Street between Cedar and Wabasha Streets.

From the West on I-94

Exit eastbound on I-94 at the Fifth Street exit. Continue on Fifth Street into the center of downtown. At Minnesota Street, turn left and drive one block to Sixth Street. Turn left at Sixth Street and drive 1/2 block to the Alliance Bank Center Ramp entrance (on the left hand side).

From the North on I-35E
(i.e. from Maplewood)
Exit southbound I-35E at the Tenth Street/Wacouta exit. Follow Wacouta Street to Sixth Street. Turn right onto Sixth Street and drive 4 1/2 blocks to the Alliance Bank Center Parking Ramp entrance (on the left hand side).

From the East on I-94
(i.e. from Woodbury)
Exit Westbound I-94 at the Kellogg-Mounds exit; turn left onto Kellogg and go about a mile. At Minnesota Street, turn right and go three blocks to Sixth Street. Turn left at Sixth Street and go 1/2 block to the Alliance Bank Center Parking Ramp entrance (on the left hand side).

From the South on I-35E
(i.e. from Mendota Heights)
Exit Northbound I-35E at Kellogg Boulevard. Go right (east) onto Kellogg and follow Kellogg through downtown, past Wabasha Street. At Minnesota Street, turn left and go three blocks to Sixth Street. Turn left at Sixth Street and go 1/2 block to the Alliance Bank Center Parking Ramp entrance (on the left hand side).
